Same happend for me i opened 3 cache's before reset and get items from heroic,
than i open cache after reset and get normal item but it upgrade from 870 > 890+socket.
It should be heroic 885 > ... |

in vote shop we can buy items from 10 to 416, but a lot of awesome items we can get in pandaria and Draenor / some of raids are bugged and we cant get items
