how do i start the blood and wine chapter ? i dont even have a quest in shalaran to get the required reputation.. will it just pop up on its own once i reach honored ?

confirming.. i find it rather annoying really.. because at low levels of champions it can give you up to 3-4 levels per use.. which is really helpful..
