Okay i will try the two Possibilities you wrote when i come home.
I will give you a feedback when its done.

This Option in the Main Screen i've already has switched to German.
Then the Interface is in German and the Character Speaking is German but the Quest- Description is in English.

Should this working on a private Server or only on a official Server?
I was wondering about it because its written in the official Battle.Net Forum.
