| I can confirm Sarah on this, Your rating decays above 2.100 rating for 25 rating unless 5 games are played in the given bracket, working as intended. |

You buy it with Vicious Saddle.
(and you get vicious saddle instead of the wolf upon completing the achievement)
It was changed in MoP if I remember correctly. |

It works the exact same way on retail, if you read the tooltip "cannot be attacked or targeted by any spells, or effects".
