Alright, it looks like after i've abandoned the quest and retook it, i already got one Sigil. So this might have fixed whatever was going on. Now, is there really no way i could recover at least the Sigil of Wisdom that i couldn't loot from Regail in TOES so that one of the 2 weeks i was bugged wouldn't go ...

My character tho has been experiencing some bugs here and there...so it wouldn't surprise me if something about this quest got bugged too along the way
p.s. i was thinking about abandoning the quest and retake it..? Would that help prevent any possible existing bug? And if i aba ...
