Basically, I mostly play on my human rogue, but when I logged in on my tauren druid, I instantly equipped all items but I didn't get the Legion starting quest. I relogged a couple of times, but nothing happened. It worked perfectly fine with my huamn rogue but I don't see why it's not working exactly.

Which file did you click on? The launcher_freakz-735-64 or freakz735-64?
You should click on launcher, not on the file with the WoW logo. If you think it's not working, go check your task manager and see if it's loading.
