However, after the extreme situation that has been going on for the last several months, I would hardly say anyone is out of line for expecting something of a certain degree as compensation. In fact, it pushed the staff to months in advance state that they would give a "show of appreciation" for people staying and playing. Just as the staff is free to pick what they think is fair compensation, each person is free to decide what they think fair compensation is. That does not mean both will see eye to eye.

Noticed the new standard message the staff gives now. Try all the realmlists and wait patiently for the $150k anti-flood hardware if those do not work. Of course, since their ISP is the one that has to install the hardware and all that stuff, the staff cannot influence how long it will take.
Have yet to see any information on how long BTS Telecom has said it will take to get the hardware ready. Have they not shared the information with their customers? I would find it rather ridiculous if they just told their paying customers to not worry about it and just wait til it is up and running.

Maybe I am a little biased cause I was only playing for a month before this all started, but it has almost been a month that this has been going on. I am still able to find a way to try to get on a decent amount of the time, but not always. Whether I am able to get on or not does not matter because the experience is being ruined. I am a pve player so I need other people to be able to get on for me to be able to do what I want in the game. And a lot of people do not want to deal with the hassles to be able to play here. And you cannot really expect them to want to. The fact that this has gone on for so long now has really dealt some damage to the faith people hold that things will get solved.

My idea is they give everyone nothing once the server is stable. Everyone bitches about it for like 3 days then gets over it and just plays again (cause you know people will suck it up and start playing again as long as the server is stable). Then we avoid this whole discussion about what we should get cause clearly you are not going to make everyone happy. The obvious solution then is to make sure no one is happy. Someone else being happy is clearly unfair.
I wanted to get some stuff too, but after reading this topic, I really do not care anymore. I would rather see you people get nothing. Points or rate changes for a week? Does that really matter? Is it going to make the biggest difference in the world? Stfu and go play the gam ...
