| Because in Korthia you don't have any graveyards. You have to back to your corpse. I'm playing on retail and there is the same, it's not a bug. |

You have bleed for 6 sec after using the artifact so you can co-exist this with trait time, thats all.
Check this. There is no buff after using artifact so everything works well
