| Did you make sure, that you explored the flightpaths? Since they aren't instantly open in Legion, you have to go to every single Flighpoint and unlock them. |

I dont know where i've read it but someone mentioned to relog on an Alt (if you have one) to "fix" this bug. Tried it and that works for me, maybe for you too.
