U can increase your raging blow damage by stacking 3 relics which affect this trait http://www.wowhead.com/spell=200849
Then u have 30% increased dmg on raging blow instead of 15%. |

It's not related to rampage...the rampage bug was fixed.
It happens sometimes when u spam raging blow or bloodthirst(idk about Odyn's Fury),the spell just doesn't activate it's like it was on cooldow ... |
