Not that anyone replied but i got it fixed anyways with some of my friends on teamspeak -.
closed everything off changed my passwords around and somehow it worked now so you can delete or close this ...

i wanted to transfer my mounts and achievements as probably everyone wants to do, but i don't have the char lvl 90 yet still clicked it anyways for the mounttransfer but now i can't log in my game any ...
