Bug description: Restu din NPC nu da quest pentru a putea completa achivementu. la inceput am crezut ca trebuie sa fac de mai multe ori questurile de la NPC dar dupa o saptamana vad ca tot nu apar restu de questuri de la NPC

Why do you need a permanent channel: Este o guilda noua dar vad ca deja este multa activitate iar playeri din guilda mi-au cerut canal TS pentru Socializare..!!
