Known issue regarding WQ's in Nazjatar, the NPC is spawned just not at the place the quest marker says so.

Currently it says that there is no GCD on the Essence when there clearly is, and I think this is causing the problem.
On Retail it had a GCD.
There is an issue with this Essence clearly. |
