| Is there any specific reason you chose exactly 30 reputation for the reputation to vote points convertion? Why not any amount(up to 30) we want or 5 or something else? |

| I seriously doubt that just an announcement would work. It will work just as much as somebody spamming global. If you want this to have an effect, you have to give something small to encourage people to join. For example 2-3(or maybe a bit more, I don't know) valor points per completed 3v3 arena. Or maybe something dif ... |
