Can confirm it does not work, I have now completed well over 20 World Quests and I still cannot progress in my Paladin Class Hall

Are you sure? Two of my friends got 4 Champions before they even unlocked world quests. I do have a quest to complete 20 World Quest, but I got that from someone in Violet Hall. They had 4 champions w ...
