Would it be possible to, somehow, penalize the donator gear in Battlegrounds? Bg's are totally broken because of donators; i'm not talking about a little "tip in the scales", i'm talking about donator healers killing 6 dps without even getting to 80% health.
I can maybe get it in pve, since they are competin ...

But Mighty, how is that a valid argument? I don't have a retail account to test it there, and even if i had, they are now in Shadowlands.
The skill tooltip doesn't say absolutely anything about them sharing some sort of internal cd, how could you even assume that in the first place to code it that way?
