| Can l transfer 2 characters but on seperate accounts, or just 2 characters on 1 account(just curious about this), although l keep thinking l could get banned for this so l thought l asked? |

| Is it possible to transfer two characters one of them 85 the other 83 or both need to be max level to fill the transfer quota? I am coming from cata server. |
