Hello, I checked today my rating and it seems that I lost 25 rating without playing any game, I have the same W/L that I had when I reached 2406 rating, but now I have 2381, can a GM help me with this?

As you can see, I was 2 minutes after timer, it's like 5% for timer, never encounter on retail this thing and I did hundreds of keys. It's obviously a bug.
