Thats so ...i dont know how to call it ..you made this even worst ..now you cant even stack 9 charges by casting LB and Chain L with only 1 hit u drop all the stacks uve made ..so practicly u cant m ...

This guy shows you that still the cataclysmic elemental 4 set bonus still does not work ... you should get a charge of lightning shield every time you receive any kind of damage with cool down 1-2 sec ...
