Are we talking about Argus Invasion Point or Legion Assault? However I didn't found a single proof that the items have to scale with your ilvl.

Happened to me too with my Priest Undecan. I did a WQ and got 930ilvl Hands as you can see here: https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/felsong/Undecan

You have to do it on m0. Quests don't work on m+ difficulty.

Both wuests are working and doable. I did them yesterday myself.

PvP is a bit dead and sometimes it's really hard to find a partner for 2v2 rated.
So my suggestion is that one Alliance character and one Horde character can make a premade group and join 2v2 rated together.

Would be nice if someone can create a Trellocard for this, so that the Devs get aware of this. Is nearly impossible to farm the Recipie for Vial of Sands when you don't have digsites in Pandaria.

It would be nice if you add the timewalking event to enjoy old Content while waiting till the next Wings of ABT get released. Would also be a nice opportunity to give new twinks some good gear.
