From where do I take ElvUi addon on BFA? The addons from CurseForge don't seem to work for me

So I just find out I need to be level 110 to be able to start Uniting the Isles quest. But how am I supposed to do the storylines in Legion and level up if I can't take the Uniting the Isles quest?
