Bug description: Started happening again today, grey frames in arenas... also the NPC arena spectate was never fixed

Bug description: Arcane Orb does 0 damage when goes through pillar which is incorrect.
Check https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5767160.html?highlight=arcane+orb for how it worked in the past and how it should normally work. This bug started after the recent fixes (arena frames, arena pillars etc.)

Guys not sure what you did, but frames are working since yesterday, thank you for fixing them!! Hopefully it will not come back

Only Arena NPC issue stands from this report at the moment.

We would really appreciate a fix on this that's for sure.. if you check the arena NPC you'll notice that the entire server gave up on doing arenas since 2 weeks ago.. In my opinion this should be treated with high priority since it is gamebreaking..
