Confirmed. Same issue here on balance druid, didn't change any gear after restart, lower ilvl by two. Was 866 now 864.

Same issue happened with my Balance Druid, Jot.

Bug description: Sometimes no weekly loot is received, only a keystone. This is not blizzlike, their should be loot as well, as guaranteed 100% personal loot.

I am not ignorant to this fact. I did not have the quests after the one I finished for the questline. That was what my entire forum post was about. Please do not condescend.

To clarify, I did the artifact quest when it was first released, "Fangs of Ashamane" thing that gave all artifacts on completion.

All who posted here, I am doing my best to get you guys your help. As selfish as I may seem, in the end I am just trying to get others help as well. Good luck to us all.

Bug description: The quest to access my class artifact forge is not available from the correct quest giver (linked). Also, the quest to BEGIN the class hall campaign is not available either.
As an aside, I want to let anyone that suggests going to Dalaran to get the first campaign quest to stop giving me incorrect info. I tried this method with absolutely no fruitful results. Secondly, the quest giver is

Don't get so optimistic all of a sudden. They have not even implemented any form of BLP. This with the fact that Blizzard probably has all the algorithms expunged earlier in some form online. We need the devs to be more proactive with this kind of mechanic before releasing new content. Until they have set a goal for releasing this, I would be as hopeful as you are entertaining we should get.

The Maw of Souls boat texture fix is not working as intended. There is still a great chance to fall through the teleport wall that has been placed and die. Please fix this issue more thoroughly, or simply raise the teleport wall from near the kill wall to somewhere more suitable... maybe like 5 yards below the boat texture or something...
