Bug description: Stonehide Leather Sample can't be looted ever again if the relative quest was abandoned.
(Also, the copy of the item that started the quest disappears when abandoning, but I don't know if this is correct or not: if the item could be found again, it wouldn't be a problem.)

Confirmed. On the MoP server you can click on the wooden log over the washing machine entrance in order to wash the yaks, but here it's unclickable.

Quoting myself from the MoP thread:
When an ability deals damage plus additional effects (buffs/debuffs), sometimes only a part of the ability misses (e.g. the damage misses but the debuff applies, or vice versa). I don't think it should be possible: either you hit with the whole ability or you miss with the whole ability.
Pets sometimes miss with the buffs they try to apply to themselves, I don't think it should be possible.
There's an attack which applies a debuff that reduces the damage by 50% on the victim's next at ...
