Bug description: This spell does have DR in PvP! it shouldn't though. (just like other slow effects)

How did you start season 3 while there are so many major bugs like DR on Slows!
Literally you can't play PvP with Frost or Arcane!
Dafuq exactly? :/
Can you at least reset the ladder and stats afte ...

Basically most of the slows in the game has a lame DR in PvP Mode! (ex: Rogue's Poison and etc.)
