You should go for a haste breakpoint... then go to mastery. Try to get a reliable haste breakpoint... don't go too far cuz atm we cannot get BIS gear for 5.4.8. |

We're talking about dot damage not the entire damage over time. Agony scales much better with haste than UA... that's why you got more dmg over time with it. You can see the haaste breakpoints in this vid.
