Its a 1 second growth timer for the puddle to become full size on retail you can literally count 1 second from the moment add dies to when puddle is full size. I would much rather have it the way it is now than the way it was before where it would take forever ...

Uhhh, yeah that thing with the npc was a custom fix in 7.1.5 where you could just click that npc after killing the boss and u would get the recipe if u had alchemy and rank 2.
But now we moved to 7.2.5 and i think that custom fix is gone.

Yes, and we have all hotfixes up to last day of 7.2.5 implemented here. Ergo, this nerf is here.

7.2.5 (Mon Jun 12 2017) Build 23993
Look at the build, 23993, we are on 24742, there were hotfixes after 23993, one of them was the nerf to frozen mass, and it was still patch 7.2.5

They probably made it deal 0 dmg because its not supposed to jump on explosive orbs in the first place. Unless its the first hit that actually does 0 damage, in which case dunno what to say.

Only the arcane one has been reported/confirmed. Only thing that we can do is just wait for this to be confirmed and fixed, not much else.

Right! just checked myself, fingers crossed this is the actual problem for DA damage and we can move on with our lives!

Dont forget this though, unless it is already implemented. Without it i think things would get out of control
