Abandoned it. Still nothing. At the Vindicaar he only gives Fuel of a Doomed world. Tried going at Conservatory of the Arcane If I found him there but nothing.

Have the same problem

I deleted cache and unstucked from site. The sigil above my had is gone now. When I check the achievement it its already completed. Started story 3 "War of Light and Shadow". Completed invasion but the successive quest: "We have a problem" is not given from the respective NPC. Both on my toons the same thing.
Any suggestions?

Details: (optional) 1 cache is missing. As you can see, 2 of them are in my bag (in grey color, cant right click to open and when I relog they are gone)
