I dont think its same bug since off hand not applying flametongue/hailstorm would still result in same number of flametongue procs as hailstorm procs. |

Flurry does have 100% chance to crit with shatter but you must realize that first flurry hit has to apply
Winter's Chill which is needed for shatter in the first place thus first hit is not affected by shatter. Its blizzlike behaviour.

Yeah it should be Multiplicative and also Tak'theritrix's Shoulderpads buff should only affect Physical damage. On freakz it affects Physical, Holy, Fire, Nature, Frost, Shadow, Arcane damage. So for example Pestilance from Army of the Dead shouldnt be increased by dmg modifier.

| In first vid u can see aoe fight and freakz fire mages in it do same damage as on retail. Second vid is recorded on retail PTR where legendary shoulders were before nerf which translates into 10% higher dps than after nerf. |
