Then its not working properly if it increases the dmg of the minor. Just because the tooltip says it does doesnt mean it should.

Bcuz it also has a chance to proc, if u dodge an attack doesnt mean u'll get the proc right away. Post some proof when u make statements like that.

Works as intended. U either had war mode on or pvp enabled which applies the 0.5 pvp modifier on it and thats why its half. Rejected.
