Look where is the projectile , nowhere near the druid and he gained the buff already , thats the bug . The buff is gained instatly by target even if the projectile did not reached them .
Ill explain once more why this effects rogue . For example : rogue redirect-kidney a priest ( last 5 sec , it takes 6 seconds to le ... |

Bug description: Fear effects will cause your character to climb that border ending up "stucked" in that wall . This will cause LoS for friendly/enemy players . In 30% of the cases your character will fall trough texture ending up being tped in the middle of the arena . |
