Hello.
Disenchanting blue items have a chance to drop Blood of Sargeras. This was fixed, BUT the drop chance is 1/3 of Blizz.

Wtf?
After I lost 4k order resources, because of the mission chance of success bug (185-200% success chance BEFORE starting, and 25%-35% listed after that, despite the fact I was using 850 ilvl followers), the seal was not given.

| As a matter of fact, regardless of actual ilvl, the followers don't accumulate xp. None whatsoever, not even with xp tokens. The only way I saw to raise ilvl is with 5 or 10 ilvl armor tokens. Something is wrong with xp gain for followers. It's stuck. |

Ok, so my question is:
What is MAX ilvl for a non-legendary item, obtainable through relinquished items exchange ON FREAKZ SERVER.
Please, do not refer to blizz, as we all know that blizz is not relevant here. |
