Confirming for Whiptail respawn for them should be between 15-30 minutes, i`m on the spot on my first gathered Whiptail's after 1 hour 30 minutes still nothing around (your database says respawn should be 30 minutes)

It's happening always when i use barrage even in dungeon's when i try to pull mob's with Misdirection+Barrage for the tank mob's are just staying on their position (we are entering combat) and start to move/attack only when we get close to them.

Also there is new bug with it from few day's Barrage doesn't pull mobs after some range i think for some reason but if i go close to the mobs hitted by Barrage they will attack me please check that also

i try that many times, never helped me.
