1. Nu ai inteles ce incercam sa zic : daca ar fi cum zici tu, healerii ar folosi si ei power torrent pentru ca ar fi mult mai bun pentru mana conservation
2. Merge corect - citeste comments pe wowhead si la ce am dat quote - arata print screens de pe blizz cum ca ar tb sa mearga cum zici tu.

All intellect procs work that way. However, if you use any mana-pool based mana restoration abilities, you'll see increased effect under an intellect proc like this. Likewise, for a healer, you will see more of your in-combat regen. It still gains you mana.
