Bug description: Riptide consumes the "+45% healing on the next direct heal" buff from unleash life but the heal isn't increased by it.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/YbokB ( 301 is the first riptide initial heal, 420 is unleash life, 301 is the second riptide heal that consumed the buff but wasn't increased)

I think the general consensus is that druids are the strongest, paladin comes second. Blood dk/vengeance dh weakest. Monk can be very good (?) but from what I hear harder to play. Warriors... not too sure how they fare after the ignore pain nerf. Take this with a grain of salt, just my 2 cents. All of the tanks can still be viable in raids/mythics, some just more than others.

Exactly what tweek said, there is no way you can know if the system works or not. It's not like it makes the chance 100% after just a few hundred arenas or rares or whatever.

Titanforging is more important than any dungeon, any quest or any bugged ability: It happens fairly often (I would assume around 20-30% to get 1 times titanforge and going down for each +5 ilvl) and is a huge part of gearing.
