The quest is "Preparation for the Hunt" and the NPC Apata Highmountain is not in the place where he shoud be.

Many ppl i ask and no one can help. The NPC witch shoud be in new Dalaran is not there. On the mini map the question mark for the quest is there but the NPC is not.
