Proc chance of the first hit is not 15%. Probably is around 80%. That's why when u cast the orb you have 2 stacks of fingers most of the time. You have the prints there.

Shocker incearca sa te misti sa dai dmg , nu stiu. Daca stai pe loc si il dai asa simplu poate nu se buguieste, insa e incredibil de stresant sa dai de exemplu charge pe un loc mai inalt si sa te dea inapoi jos. E gamebreaking , e mai rau decat sa joci fara. In 50% din cazuri te da inapoi, e frustrat...dau exemplu iti fuge healeru de tine dai charge sa il omori si te da la loc ...

Ca era buguit cum e si warr acum. Orice orb o poate vedea , numai cei care joaca warr nu. Sa dai 60-70k slam on a regular basis si sa ceri la lume sa dea reroll , asta inseamna sa fi mafiot, este?
