There's an update on this, guys. Somehow questcheker script showed me that The Nightborne Prince is not completed, so i checked the quest start location (Projection of Senegos) and there wasn't exclam ...

I checked with this form /run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(QUEST-ID)) and it said true for Leyline Abuse and false for The Nigtborne Prince. I'm experiencing this for few months. Thanks for reply.
