It has to be some internal cooldown or smth, be srs. Do you think what a priest/aff would do vs a dh? On Freakz?

550k Raging blow. Definitely fixed. Dont see anything wrong doing 1 mil damage in 1 global with 1 ranging blow, 1 melee hit and 2 rampage ticks. Much play so wow.
