Concordance is procing very randomly . yesterday It was procing when my monk was healing me and I wasn't doing any damage.

they have to fix sub rouges first if they wanna fix this one or it will be dk or sub rouge only arenas.

Bug description: Mages can use Shimmer while stunned and this bug has been around for a long time and is very annoying in PvP . it literally Makes Any stun on the mage useless . for someone who 95 % of the time plays pvp this bug is very hard to deal with when every mage is abusing it.
