Bug description: This quest will not trigger, perhaps because this is a "transferred" character which already has a the Throw Glaive reward? I went back via Hearthstone to get the Felsaber mount, but the bigger issue here really is I'm stuck on Mardum due to being unable to move forward in thee questline.
