In a nutshell, there are some low hp enemies that are killable and they are giving bolstering stacks .
Not sure if they should be there but they shouldn't give any bolstering stacks imo. |

Sometimes, you don't even get a single crit on TV during the burst and after it, you get crits. That's just bad luck.
