It's not just 1 expertise. It's 1 stat per item reforged.
The example I used was just the 1 expertise lost from the ring.
In total you lose about half a gems worth of stats.
It is a minor bug, but ... |

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When a stat is reforged one point of the reforged stat is lost in addition to the points that should be taken away.
