I tested on blizz and it shouldn't proc
and as seyrox said on ask mr robot the spell arcane assault is not on the list that should proc arcane missiles

It also affects affliction warlock(in a big way) but most classes is something from mastery i guess it got bugged after the recent fixes to artifacts

quicksand please look at what deparanoia said the current warlock state is kinda op
and it also confirmes what i said about the chance being doubled not the damage for some abilities

the base gcd on blizz for ret paladin is 1.5
and the haste reduction part is working fine
how to calculate the gcd reduction (1.5/(1+(total haste rating/100))
example your haste
22.38/100+1=1.22 ...

it works ok you can see in the ss the first tiger palm with 10% mastery it did 8k dmg the second one i used the same attack so the mastery wasn't calculated it did 7.3k dmg same with blackout kick http://imgur.com/a/wADXa

In the first ss did you had any items equipped ?

quick you can see here it shouldn't double dip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGXtx5C4DTs 00.31 it crit both the themplar and the echo the templar does 2.8mil and the echo does 293k both are crits the echo does a litle more because of the increase from crusade stacks and the video is from 11 mar so 7.1.5

Bug description: the 10% dmg should be taken from the normal hit even if it crits (example it deals 1.4 mil dmg(critical strike) the echo should do 70k dmg 10% from the normal damage 700k not from the crit 1.4 mil) ...
