Clearing the Cache and Unstucking allowed the quest to be seen in the log again and then i could abandon and re-accept the quest.
Running the dungeons this time did drop the correct items ...

Items were deleted automatically when i abandoned the quest. I have nothing to delete.
Allari has no options when talking to her.
