| I know it depends on fight, but there is difference between having 5-10 less FPS, and having 1 fps for first 15 seconds of encounter. |

| Horn of Valor at Odyn is totally broken, according to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbOh7eEmrTw it should have 30 sec cd - Horn of Valor - 35 sec cd - Horn of Valor - 40 sec cd and so on. How it works now: it has like totally random cd (anything from 0-20 sec), sometimes he casts it twice in row. |
