I did not have this spell. I already completed the other quests, perhaps this cancelled the spell.
Abandoning the quest and retaking did help in this case. Thank you for your help here.  |

Bug description: Some of the older herbs can not be gathered while in combat. This was possible before, especialliy as a druid. I did not try on further ones, but earthroot, silverleaf and peacebloom. Sometimes I can gather sometimes not.
