If DnD/Conc/Blizz/etc lands on you initially, it will break stealth... but if they're in play and getting channeled or just sitting there pulsing, you can walk through them as long as they get 100% absorbed as a Rogue.
However, Ferals can absorb 1 damage from Consecration while in Prowl and it'll break.

Why do absorbed attacks NOT break Stealth, but they DO break Prowl?
definitely differs. As you observed, prowl gets broken by absorbed damage. And for example, falling damage breaks prowl but does not break stealth
if DnD or consecration hits you when it is placed, it breaks stealth. if you walk through it with a shield later it will not break stealth.
