Currently at 7/10 power and 9/10 wisdom.

After everything is done, he's just standing there, and I can't complete the quest. |

Microk2 just linked the wrong thing, so you can see the coordinates, the legendary quest has nothing to do with the anvil. It's only used for crafting 463, 476 and 502 ilvl BS weapons from lightning ... |

The voting option DID have a few issues, at least for me a long time ago, with not being recognized. I don't care about those 40 free points, you can keep them, but your logic of "it works for me, must be working for everyone else" is plain wrong.

Bad idea, it's already difficult to get anything done regarding questing/leveling since everyone is in the same place, and you'd enable world PvP? There would probably be 1 guy at 90, but, he'd have full honor gear
