I had same report on 7.2.5 and got fixed, now back to old bug

This might explain why they do 25m dmg in 30 sec arena xD

Because other classes have base GCD 1,5 sec and it is affected by haste down to 0.75 sec with 100% haste to make gameplay more fluid and classes that use energy like rogues have already pretty low gcd (1 sec) and makes not sense to make it further lower by haste

It doesnt lower your GCD because it shouldnt. it was bugged before but fixed recently, Its blizzlike for classes that use energy as resource, Still needs to be fixed for ferals i think

I tested it in duel, using one ability does not trigger 30 sec on another, i did not post proof from retail bcs i dont think its needed, since everyone can read and tooltip says that it should share 30 sec cd just like human racial does. And if you want to know how it should work try human racial in same way

So this is the thing, when i fear undead they use racial to get rid of fear, then after that i stun them few seconds later and they use medallion to get out, idk does it share cd if they use it other way around(first medallion then racial), Also tooltip says that it should share 30 sec cd with simillar effects. Here is same for feral during heroism, 3 shreds with 1+ sec difference. With heroism +30%(i wont count gear) haste and at base gcd for feral of 1 sec there should by gcd atleast 0.85 if what you saying is correct.

Respectfully Bow you didnt quite understand us, you made report that rogue gcd should not go bellow 0.75, but thats not the problem, problem is that gcd of this classes is affected by haste and it should not be whatsoever It should be fixed at 1 sec . You can use Deja Character stats addon that is working on blizzard formula to see that by default feral/rogue gcd stat doesnt ch ...

I would also like to know where is that 17% comming because it would help me to calculate damage of other classes/specs . I searched but couldnt find any +17% damage mod for assa rogue. And yeah it is affecting other spells like rupture and envenom(didnt test others)
